The WebBizBroker service, all pages, and parts of its contents, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secret and other intellectual property rights. WebBizBroker Web pages may not be reproduced in any form without written permission from WebBizBroker.

Privacy/Confidentiality

Information provided by WebBizBroker's visitors will be treated as private and confidential and will not be sold or distributed to any third parties. Use of Material from this Site

This material may be read online, downloaded, or printed for personal use. Also, the URL of a page may be included in the body of another electronic or printed document. However, the text itself may not be published commercially (in print or electronic form), edited, or otherwise altered without the written permission of WebBizBroker. Care should be taken when excerpting or referencing text to ensure accuracy. WebBizBroker and its officers reserve the right to suspend any messages or information that in their sole discretion they find to be unacceptable. Persistent abuse will result in termination of the visitor's access to the site without refund.

Terms of Payment

There is no membership or payment required to visit and use WebBizBroker's services. The only fees collected are a listing fee from sellers or their brokers wishing to post their business for sale, and for brokers to join our Broker Directory. Those fees are due before a listing will be posted. WebBizBroker accepts payment for its services in a number of ways.

• Visa and MasterCard
• Corporate Check
• Money orders payable in US funds and drawn on a US Bank.

Refunds

Once a business or broker listing has been added to the database, any fees paid are non refundable, except as described under Guarantee.

Guarantee

If the listing business or their broker is unsatisfied with WebBizBroker's service, after the completion of three months of listing, WebBizBroker will provide the fourth month at no charge. Requests for a free fourth month are subject to the terms and conditions as outline below, all of which are at no cost to the listing business or their broker. There are no Directory refunds.

Terms and Conditions of Guarantee

• Listing businesses or their broker must have listed with WebBizBroker for three (3) consecutive months.
• Listing businesses or their broker must have completed all information possible in their WebBizBroker business listing, e.g. business description, seller's requirements.
• Listing must be for a legitimate business entity and provide a legitimate product or service.
• Request for free fourth month will only be accepted upon notification to WebBizBroker no later than thirty (30) days after the completion of the third consecutive month's listing.
